Create a workspace and choose Starter or Professional to begin a 14-day trial. Registration does not request a payment card. When you are ready, subscribe in Settings and choose monthly or annual billing. Starting a paid subscription begins billing; checkout does not add another free trial.
Starter includes 50 active employee records, 50 employee portal accounts, and 3 separate management seats. Professional includes 200 records, 200 portal accounts, and 15 management seats. Enterprise allowances are agreed with our team. Pending invitations reserve capacity. A manager linked to their own employee record uses only a management seat. Archived employees lose portal access and free portal capacity; their records are retained.
Starter costs $468 USD per year and Professional costs $1,428 USD per year, paid annually. The $39 and $119 monthly figures are equivalent monthly rates, not monthly instalments. Monthly billing is $49 and $149 respectively. Review the total shown at checkout before subscribing.
Manage your subscription in Settings. Plan changes can create prorated charges or credits during the current billing period; review the billing details before confirming. If a lower plan leaves your workspace over capacity, you have 14 days to review access. Existing accounts and records remain available, while new additions above the allowance are blocked. No accounts are automatically disabled at the review deadline. Cancellation at period end retains access until that period ends. See the refund policy for refund terms.
Starter includes 10 and Professional includes 200 AI document extractions per month. The standard Enterprise allowance is 1,000, with custom allowances available by agreement. Included allowances reset each calendar month in UTC. Additional OCR credit packs are purchased separately in Settings. Professional and Enterprise also include up to 100 AI review summaries per month, counted separately from document extractions. AI-generated details need human review before saving; an extraction does not verify a document’s authenticity.
No. Repprt is a global HR platform for teams across industries. Choose the optional modules your organization needs during setup or in Settings. You can focus on people records, onboarding and documents without using fleet or rotation tools.
No. Repprt helps organize HR information and workflows. It does not process payroll, act as an employer of record, or replace country-specific legal or employment advice.
