1. Information We Collect
Repprt (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a specialized workforce compliance management system. To provide our services, we collect user account data (email, name, organization details) and workforce records uploaded by business administrators, including employee names, passport/ID numbers, certifications, licenses, and expiration dates.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information solely to power the compliance dashboard, process document OCR extractions via Aegis AI, calculate document expiration timelines, send automated multi-channel notification alerts (email/SMS), draft document-status summaries, and generate official compliance reports for your company.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors
We do not sell your personal data or your company's data. We only share information with trusted third-party infrastructure providers essential for operating the platform, such as Supabase (data storage), Stripe (payment gateway), Resend (email alerts), and Google Gemini (optional AI document processing). Our infrastructure providers support encryption in transit and at rest. This is not end-to-end encryption: authorized services process data to provide platform features.
AI scanning starts only when a user selects the scan action. The selected file is sent to Google Gemini to extract document details for review. AI document-status summaries send document counts rather than employee names. Repprt retains temporary AI results for retry recovery; a scheduled cleanup clears these results after 24 hours. Minimal usage and payment records remain for accounting. Saved documents follow the workspace's normal retention controls. Google's processing is governed by its Gemini API terms.
4. Your Data Control & Rights
As a business administrator, you have full control over your crew's data. You can add, edit, export, or permanently delete employee profiles and uploaded files at any time. Deleted documents are immediately removed from active database query loops.
5. Cookies and Optional Measurement
Essential cookies support sign-in and security. The repprt-cookie-consent cookie stores your choice for up to one year in this browser on the current hostname; other workspace hostnames may ask separately. If cookies are cleared or your preference expires, we ask again.
With your permission, Vercel Web Analytics measures visits and Vercel Speed Insights measures page performance. These tools receive page, browser, device, and performance information. We remove URL query strings and fragments before sending measurement events. Read Vercel Web Analytics privacy information and Speed Insights privacy information for details.
Optional measurement stays off until you accept. You can reopen Cookie settings from your account menu in the workspace, or the button at the bottom of other pages and choose Essential only to withdraw permission. The page reloads to stop previously loaded measurement scripts. This stops future measurement; it does not delete data already collected or sign you out.
